The beginnings…

Bryan Goodwin and Barret Foust first met at Clemson University in 1991 while they were working on receiving their degrees in Construction Science & Management. As their friendship grew over the years, they agreed that they would one day create a business partnership together. They had a long-term plan to create a company that would build upscale residential homes. They agreed that after each of them had gained extensive work experience and developed a large network of contacts within the residential custom building industry, they would utilize their experience and all the specialized business knowledge they gained from working in the industry to launch their own company.

The business relationships they have developed include developers, realtors, vendors, subcontractors, and other key business associates. With both of them having a combined 30 years of diverse experience in the residential custom home industry, they have the knowledge and expertise that has made them one of the leading residential custom homebuilders in the Greenville – Lake Keowee markets.
